We aim to provide all our clients and their families with the best possible service at BUSHkids and we welcome any feedback you have.
There may be times when you wish to tell us about a great experience, a happy outcome or achievement or share an idea for fundraising for us, but to help us continue to improve our services there may also be times when you wish to let us know how we could have done better.
You have a right to make comments and be listened to, and to complain if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service.
